His responsibilities include physical needs assessment, cost estimating and budget development, scope development, project scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and construction management.
He has over 25 years of experience in construction including multi family and commercial renovation projects, as well as new construction. Many of these projects also required extensive experience with site management.
Mr. Kramer’s top priority is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and service to the customers of his business. He accomplishes this through strategic planning, execution, and innovation under the premise that integrity must be maintained at all levels of a successful organization.

As the operations manager with Kramer commercial Inc. Bryan believes good planning and coordination can achieve quality and value in all projects, large or small.
Bryan has been involved in construction projects in many industries, including healthcare, hospitality, multi family and commercial real estate. Bryan is a licensed general contractor with 20 years of commercial construction experience.
Born and raised in Kansas City, he is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman who spends most weekends surrounded by family and friends at the lake. When not on the water, he can be found listening to music and watching a Royals game.
